We’re looking for a performance-driven Regional Marketing Manager to spearhead integrated marketing efforts across the New England region. This position combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, managing campaigns and working cross-functionally to drive customer acquisition, boost retention, and elevate brand visibility. You’ll serve as a key marketing partner to regional leadership, collaborating closely with executive teams to align marketing initiatives with revenue objectives.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 5 years overseeing regional or multi-location marketing efforts with proven results in lead generation and revenue growth
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline
- Solid understanding of digital and traditional marketing methods, including SEO/SEM, email, paid media, social media, and offline strategies
- Proven track record in turning business goals into marketing strategies that deliver measurable impact
- Strong analytical skills with experience in tracking performance metrics, interpreting data, and optimizing ROI
- Proficient in marketing tools such as CRMs, analytics platforms, marketing automation systems, and Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with platforms like ServiceTitan or other field service management tools
- Working knowledge of creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or InDesign

Compensation: $80,000 – $90,000
