Having built a team of top producers, we are excited about bringing a Senior Associate on board to drive recruiting and play a bigger role in the teams’ development.
Key aspects of the role:
- Drive Revenue – Develop, manage, and maintain key relationships with target market through our proprietary candidate acquisition strategy.
- Pipeline Generation - Develop, maintain, and explore business relationships with industry professionals.
- Social Engagement – Explore alternative methods of developing brand equity within the human capital market.
- Collaboration – Take an active approach partnering with the delivery team to identify opportunities that create added exposure and value for our candidates.
Ideal candidate will have:
- 2 years of a strong track record in staffing, agency recruitment experience.
- A clear vision of growth and developing an industry leading organization.
- Strong people and leadership skills.
- Strong operational and process improvement background.
Salary : $70,000 - $300,000
