We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will support the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating with internal departments, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring the smooth processing of sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including order processing, preparing quotes, and managing customer accounts.
- Maintain and update customer records, sales reports, and CRM systems.
- Coordinate with logistics, finance, and product teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat and assist in resolving any sales-related issues.
- Prepare sales documentation, proposals, and presentations for client meetings.
- Track and report sales performance metrics, including pipeline and revenue forecasts.
- Support the onboarding process for new clients.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of promotional campaigns and trade shows.
- Monitor inventory levels and help with reorders as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in a sales support, administrative, or customer service role.
- Strong knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation: $49,000 to $58,000 annually
