Our staffing firm is hiring a Senior Accounting Manager for a client to oversee corporate accounting operations, including month-end close, financial reporting, and process improvements. This hands-on leader will manage a team of 4-6, ensuring compliance with GAAP, optimizing workflows, and supporting audits. Responsibilities include reviewing financial statements, mentoring staff, documenting processes, and collaborating with leadership on financial strategies. Experience with NetSuite, Flowcast, or similar tools is preferred, along with adaptability to evolving business needs.
