Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to identify their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Prospect new leads through networking, referrals, and community involvement.
• Gain hands-on experience in sales, customer service, and business operations.
• Work towards meeting sales goals and performance targets.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must pass a background check (no felony convictions or financial crimes).
• Obtain the required insurance licenses (Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health).
• Complete pre-licensing courses as mandated by the Texas Department of Insurance.
• Pass the Texas insurance licensing exam(s).
• Submit an application and licensing fees to the Texas Department of Insurance.
• Maintain continuing education credits as required by Texas state law.
