The Job
As a SONIC Drive-In Crew Member, which may include Frozen, Fountain, Expo, or Switchboard, your primary responsibility is to provide every guest with a SuperSONIC experience by:
Creating and packaging delicious menu items, trying to beat your best record every time.
Remaining proactive, continuously communicating with the team to help motivate, and being a menu genius to assist SONIC customers in navigating all customizable combinations.
Maintaining SONIC safety and sanitation standards at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare high-quality food and beverages for our guests.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every guest.
- Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Assist with ordering and managing inventory as needed.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
