Responsibilities- Lead and manage the drive-in's assistant managers and employees, overseeing recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and disciplinary actions.
- Supervise and manage food, labor, paper, and inventory to optimize cost-control, operational efficiency, quality standards, and customer service.
- Manage opening and closing duties, handle guest and employee issues, and maintain record-keeping and reporting.
- Develop and implement action plans for local marketing and business performance improvement.
- At least three years of restaurant management experience (QSR preferred).
- Experience running a restaurant shift without supervision and recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and managing employees.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local labor and employment laws, as well as basic computer, math, accounting, and reading skills.
