Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to oversee operations in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a background in restaurant or hospitality management. This role requires effective team management, strategic planning, and a focus on delivering exceptional service to our guests. This schedule is from 5:30 am to 1 pm
Duties
- Supervise daily operations to ensure efficiency and high-quality service.
- Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations.
- Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, including food handling standards.
- Develop and manage budgets to optimize operational costs while maximizing profitability.
- Coordinate food production processes to maintain quality standards.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and employee engagement.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
Experience
- Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management is essential.
- Strong background in team management, including hiring, training, and supervising staff.
- Familiarity with cash handling practices and financial management within the hospitality industry.
- Knowledge of food production processes and food safety regulations is preferred.
- Experience with budgeting and shift management will be advantageous.
