Main Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in managing drive-in operations, ensuring quality food is served in a clean, safe, and efficient manner.
- Train and support other employees to provide exceptional guest experiences.
Key Duties:
- Manage, train, and monitor Team Members, Carhops, and Skating Carhops.
- Direct and assign employees as needed to meet operational standards.
- Adhere to employee handbook, policies, and practices.
- Perform opening and closing duties.
- Monitor staffing levels, inventory, and food cost control.
- Complete weekly inventory as needed.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including maintaining files and records.
- Focus on serving customers and respond to guest requests.
Requirements:
- Ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- General knowledge of the restaurant industry or retail operations.
- Minimum 6 months of restaurant management experience (QSR) or 1 year entry-level retail management experience.
- Effective communication skills and basic math, reading, and computer skills.
- Ability to follow directions, work autonomously, and multitask.
- Willingness to abide by appearance, uniform, and hygiene standards.
The salary for this role is estimated to be around $50,000-$65,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
