We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant (People, Operations, Profits, and Sales) in conjunction with the General Manager.
">Your Key Responsibilities:
">- Providing quality food in a clean, safe, and efficient manner so that customers have an enjoyable experience every time.
- Hiring, training, managing, and developing your crew to help them spark moments of delightful possibility for our customers.
You Will Bring:
">- One to two years of prior restaurant management experience; QSR highly preferred.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
