Main Job Functions:
- Drive the success of drive-in operations, prioritizing quality, cleanliness, and efficiency.
- Develop and support colleagues to provide remarkable guest interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively lead, train, and monitor team members, carhops, and skating carhops.
- Direct and assign employees as necessary to meet operational standards.
- Ensure compliance with employee handbook, policies, and best practices.
- Oversee opening and closing duties efficiently.
- Closely monitor staffing levels, inventory, and food cost control.
- Conduct weekly inventory tasks as required.
- Support administrative tasks, including maintaining accurate files and records.
- Foster a customer-focused approach and respond promptly to guest requests.
Essential Qualifications:
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- General knowledge of the restaurant industry or retail operations.
- Minimum 6 months of restaurant management experience (QSR) or 1 year entry-level retail management experience.
- Effective communication skills and basic math, reading, and computer proficiency.
- Capacity to follow directions, work independently, and multitask efficiently.
- Commitment to adhering to appearance, uniform, and hygiene standards.
The salary range for this role is approximately $50,000-$65,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
