Restaurant Team Member

Job Description
Sonic Drive-In Restaurant Team Members are the face of our brand, serving customers with enthusiasm and a smile. This role offers a unique blend of food service responsibilities, including Fountain & Frozen, Food Production, Grill, Fryer, Switchboard, and Drive-Thru.

Main Responsibilities:

• Taking orders and making accurate change
• Providing food service with excellence
• Packaging menu items and checking for quality and consistency
• Preparing drinks and ice cream treats
• Cooking orders on the grill and operating the fry station as needed
• Cleaning the restaurant, including trash disposal, mopping, sweeping, washing dishes, and sanitizing food areas

Requirements:
- Ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Flexibility to adapt to changing situations based on business needs
- Effective communication skills, basic math, and reading skills
- Willingness to abide by appearance, uniform, and hygiene standards
- General knowledge of the food service industry or retail operations preferred
