Job Summary
Manager of Regional Advertising Comms & Activation primarily manages franchisee relationships and 50% of our local market system advertising / marketing needs. They ensure connection to National calendar and creative, comms plans, consistency in brand voice in every interaction across regional marketing and best represent the franchise system in bespoke regional or local strategy planning. As a key member of the IMC team, this role works cross functionally as a strategic business partner of local marketing needs- leading the creation of regional and market-level advertising execution. This role requires strategic thinking and complex problem solving, with strong relationship building capabilities, and relationship management.
Responsible for support of :
- Regional and market-level consumer strategies
- Adaptation of national consumer strategies at the market level needs
- Local store marketing programs
- Local media leadership
- Partnership on digital and technology testing
