Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily cycle count operations and ensure high levels of inventory accuracy.
- Investigate inventory variances and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies.
- Minimize inventory adjustments through root cause analysis and continuous process improvement.
- Lead the planning and execution of the annual physical inventory.
- Identify and correct slotting and bin location issues to enhance pick accuracy and overall warehouse efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and audits within the warehouse management system (WMS).
- Train and mentor warehouse associates on best practices in inventory control.
- Partner with the Fulfillment Manager to align inventory goals with broader operational objectives.
- 3 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or a related field.
- 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in WMS or ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle).
- Ability to lead and motivate team members while managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Knowledge of cycle counting, root cause investigation, and physical inventory planning.
- Experience with physical inventory audits and large-scale count coordination.
- Familiarity with lean warehousing practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
