Sales Executive Assistant

We’re an entertainment studio seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Executive Assistant to support our sales team and provide direct assistance to one of our executives. This role is perfect for someone with a background in sales, a passion for organization, and a desire to contribute to growth in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

Support Sales Efforts

• Assist with outreach to potential clients and partners, identifying and securing new business opportunities.
• Research prospects to support targeted outreach strategies.

Communication

• Lead follow-up communications with prospects, maintaining clear and professional correspondence to drive engagement.

Sales Campaigns

• Contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies and campaigns.

Executive Support

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to an executive, including managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and preparing key documents.

CRM Management

• Maintain and update sales databases and CRM systems, ensuring all information is accurate, well-organized, and up-to-date.

Who You Are

• Experienced in Sales: You have at least 1–2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in a professional or client-facing role.
• Outgoing: You excel at building and maintaining relationships with diverse groups of people.
• Driven: You’re ambitious, motivated, and eager to grow within the company.
• Organized: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are meticulous about details.

Pay: $70,051.00 - $75,000.00 per year
