The ideal candidate will oversee the company's Oregon Territory & surrounding areas. They will collaborate with operations daily to ensure that logistics run smoothly and that target sales goals and revenues are met with superior service and onboarding skills. This candidate will build relationships with customers throughout this expansion territory in Women's Health, GI, Urology, Oncology, and Dermatology areas to generate new leads for Sonic Healthcare W/SW Division Lab business within the out patient sector.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue NEW customer business-Primarily a Hunting role- 70% Hunting and 30% Farming
- Establish & manage sales accounts relationships in assigned territory-Oregon and surrounding areas
- Conduct cold-calls for potential leads daily using relationship skill-set and organization to fill pipeline
- Schedule & conduct sales lunches/meetings weekly - 25 Activity calls per week minimum
- Communicate with established leads within territory and develop rapport while keeping existing clients progressing and happy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Science/Healthcare or related field a must
- 3 years of experience outside sales/B2B/Lab sales/Healthcare sales in related field/combination of education and sales - this is not a beginner sales role
- Competitive, self-driven & wants a career
- Strong communicator, Organized, great time management and negotiation skills a must
- Demonstrated ability to hit sales quotas monthly & annually - $700K new business first year quota
- Experience using CRM and logging sales call activity/routing platforms/expenses/travel platforms
