We’re looking for an energetic and proactive Growth Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate is a team player with a knack for driving and nurturing leads, creating compelling content and analyzing performance data.

This role reports to the Marketing Manager and is an in-person position in Vancouver, BC.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Funnel Management and Lead Generation
    • Manage top-of-funnel leads, ensuring they are nurtured effectively and qualified as marketing-qualified leads (MQLs).
    • Own the marketing funnel from lead generation through to demo phase.
    • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure all qualified leads receive prompt demos and outcomes are documented in HubSpot.
    • Use data-driven insights to improve lead quality, optimize conversion rates, and enhance overall funnel performance.
  • Campaign Development and Execution
    • Create compelling copy and content for digital campaigns, including email campaigns, social media posts, press releases, blog posts, and ads.
    • Design and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive engagement.
    • Manage and grow Sonic Incytes' LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
    • Monitor engagement metrics, analyze campaign performance, and optimize for improved results.
  • Content Creation
    • Prepare marketing tools (e.g., pitch decks, one-pagers) and training materials to help sales and customer-facing teams communicate the value proposition of Sonic Incytes effectively.
    • Craft engaging email content, infographics, and presentations tailored to healthcare professionals.
    • Leverage scientific research to develop accurate, trustworthy marketing materials by reading, interpreting, and citing scientific journals.
  • HubSpot Management
    • Collaborate with sales to ensure timely follow-up on leads and demo opportunities.
    • Develop workflows and automated sequences to nurture marketing-qualified leads.
    • Create reports and dashboards to analyze marketing and sales performance.
    • Maintain and update HubSpot, ensuring data accuracy and optimal use.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Build strong relationships with product management, marketing, sales, customer support, and other internal teams.
    • Work collaboratively with sales and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with business objectives.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or certification in a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in product marketing for B2B organizations (SaaS and/or healthcare experience preferred).
  • Exceptional copywriting and content creation skills for email campaigns, social media, and marketing collateral.
  • Experience designing and implementing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in managing LinkedIn and other social media platforms for business growth.
  • Expertise with HubSpot (or similar CRM and marketing tools), including workflow automation and data management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing performance data and drive actionable insights.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer-facing teams.
  • Entrepreneurial-minded self-starter who is able to function in a lean marketing structure in a company with aggressive growth goals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with scientific research and the ability to create accurate, trustworthy content for healthcare professionals is preferred.

Compensation:

  • Competitive Salary: Between $60,000 and $80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
