Responsibilities:
- Actively engage with potential customers through various channels to generate leads.
- Educate prospects on Sonic’s high-speed internet services and the benefits they offer.
- Qualify leads by determining their needs and ensuring they are a good fit for Sonic’s offerings.
- Provide timely follow-ups to prospects, answering questions, addressing concerns, and ensuring they have all necessary information to move forward.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create tailored solutions that meet individual customer needs.
Qualifications:
