Position Title : FP&A Manager

Department : Finance and Accounting

FLSA Status : Exempt, Full-time, Benefited

Location : Hybrid role (Will work at HQ in Santa Rosa, CA Tues / Wed / Thurs)

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced FP&A Manager with a demonstrated track record of success to join our team in the telecommunications industry. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making to support the organization's growth and profitability. This role requires a deep understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and business performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities :

• Help lead the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. Take ownership, develop and maintain complex financial models for financial, operational and project analysis.
• Provide insightful financial analysis to support strategic business decisions and operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain financial dashboards, KPIs, and reports to monitor and communicate business performance.
• Working closely with the CFO and Controller, be able to partner with other senior leaders to evaluate financial outcomes and identify growth opportunities.
• Conduct variance analysis to compare actual results to budgets and forecasts, providing recommendations for corrective actions.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting in compliance with GAAP and company policies.
• Drive continuous improvement of financial processes and systems, leveraging expertise in SAP and other ERP tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support pricing, cost analysis, and capital expenditure planning.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial data while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
• Help support treasury management and banking related activities and relationships as necessary
