About the Role:
As an Internet Sales Specialist, you'll lead our customer acquisition by converting prospects into Sonic subscribers through door-to-door sales. You'll highlight the benefits of our high-speed fiber services while enjoying a flexible schedule and meeting sales goals. Key responsibilities include:
- Engage in door-to-door sales campaigns, promoting Sonic’s services to potential customers.
- Represent Sonic at various events and perform other sales-related activities.
- Maintain a flexible work schedule (Mon-Fri 9 am-8 pm, Sat-Sun 10 am-7 pm), including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
- Stay informed about product and service updates to enhance your sales pitch.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

Qualifications:
- Outgoing, friendly, and enjoys interacting with new people.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and within a team.
- Comfortable with walking long distances and handling changing weather conditions.
- Excellent work ethic, with a commitment to achieving sales goals.
- Prior customer service or sales experience is preferred.
- A valid California Driver’s License, clean DMV record, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance required.
Compensation:
- Uncapped commission-only pay with significant earning potential.
- Projected first-year earnings of $70k annually, based on 46 working weeks and meeting sales goals.
- Milestones include a minimum of 10 sales per pay period, with a target of 2 sales per day.
Physical Demands:
- Walk approximately 3 miles per day, including stairs and hills.
- Carry up to 20 pounds of marketing materials, water, tablet, etc.
- Endure various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.).
- Must be able to sit, stand, walk, and occasionally lift up to 40 pounds.
