Duties
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

- Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system, including cash handling and credit card processing.
- Supervise and train new staff members as needed to ensure high standards of customer service are met.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Engage in upselling and cross-selling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales or customer service required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members.
- Basic cash handling skills and familiarity with POS systems.
