This position is full-time and serves a vital role in our customer team. Responsibilities:
SONICU: Monitoring and measuring everything that’s important.
Sonicu was founded in 2008 with the development of a remote wireless sensor and cloud-based monitoring solution (SoniCloud) for sound management in neonatal intensive care units. Since that time, we have expanded to become the leader in remote wireless monitoring technology in both temperature monitoring and room condition monitoring solutions.
Sonicu temperature monitoring solutions help clients protect critical assets like vaccines, medications, research samples, food, and other temperature-sensitive items critical to their operations.
Sonicu room condition monitoring helps hospitals, compounding pharmacies, clean rooms, and other facilities accurately monitor room pressure and a variety of other environmental conditions.
With a full suite of complementary sensors and hardware designed to monitor critical variables and assets, Sonicu helps clients across multiple industries protect their most valuable assets, achieve regulatory compliance, and improve operational excellence.

Responsibilities:
- Install and commission Sonicu hardware and sensors at the customer site to ensure high customer satisfaction. Demonstrate proper use of Sonicu equipment and software to customer contact.
- Perform service at a customer site that may include maintenance, repair, and SNAP calibration as necessary.
- Provide excellent customer service and represent SONICU at the highest level. You are the face of SONICU.
- Travel to customer sites per scheduled visits.
- Ability to troubleshoot related equipment in a safe and effective manner.
- Assist with technical support and in-house production activities when schedule permits.
- Display excellent time management skills for projects and daily tasks.
- Prepare and submit standard work timely including service reports, expense reports, and installation reports.
- Provide feedback to stakeholders to help ensure customer satisfaction and that the voice of the customer is heard. Product enhancements etc.
- Partner with Customer Success Managers, Sales, Technical support, and Production to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Ability to travel in and out of state with short notice including weekends.
- Basic understanding of network topologies
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic computer and software knowledge
- Flexibility – Ability to multi-task and adapt to change
- Team-oriented and able to work individually
- General knowledge of appliances and hand tools
- Experience in health care service a plus
- IoT and sensor experience a plus
- A valid Driver’s license is required
- Candidate must read and speak English fluently
- Must pass drug screening and contractor training as needed
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Dress for success – Proper work attire- Business Casual
- Expected Travel 50%- 70%
