Magnolia Trails Director Responsibilities include:
- Design and provide social programming for Residents who live on the Magnolia Trail unit (Memory Care).
- Assures implementation of the Magnolia Trails program pillars, policies and procedures
- Participates with the management team in the recruitment, interviewing, hiring, supervision, evaluation, and disciplinary process of community employees.
- Develops and implements sales/marketing plans with the Executive Director and Sales Team to accomplish occupancy targets.
- Coordinates community, Resident units, common areas, and adjacent grounds with Maintenance Director and Executive Director.
- Administrates, coordinates, and directs all activities in accordance with policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Maintain CPR/First Aid Certification.
- Experience in providing social programming to seniors. Healthcare setting preferred.
- College credits required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
