Job Description

Sonidos Services is seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Mount Vernon on a part-time 1099 contract basis. This position involves working with school-aged students to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in a supportive school environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans (IEPs)
• Provide direct therapy services to students
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• NYS SLP License & ASHA CCCs (or CFY eligible)
• CFs are welcome to apply
• Prior school-based experience preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
