About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. You will be a key player in generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and supporting the sales team in achieving their revenue goals.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead Generation : Proactively identify and qualify potential clients through various channels, including outbound calls, email campaigns, and market research.
  • Lead Qualification : Conduct thorough research on potential clients, identify key decision-makers, and gather relevant information to qualify leads.
  • Sales Support : Collaborate with Sales Managers to develop and execute targeted sales campaigns.
  • Customer Communication : Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through excellent communication and follow-up.
  • Data Management : Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and lead information in Salesforce.
  • Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
  • Continuous Improvement : Actively seek ways to improve lead generation processes and increase sales effectiveness.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • 3 years of experience in a sales development, lead generation, or business development role.
  • Proven success in achieving sales quotas and exceeding expectations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM systems.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools a plus.
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and a team player.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
