Education and Experience: Associate degree or equivalent experience; 3 years of related experience in medical related field; solid written and oral communication skills; excellent time management organizational skills; strong attention to detail; proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook, and superior customer service skills.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- In-depth understanding of the company's products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication to effectively interact with customers.
- Provide customers information about our products and services.
- Act as primary point of contact for customers and address their inquiries.
- Process orders utilizing Macola software with required shipping documents as required.
- Provide customer assistance concerning previously placed orders.
- Responsible for billing activities.
- Responsible for RMA’s, returns and credit functions.
- Act as liaison between customers and repair technicians by providing repair estimates and processing repair orders.
- Provide documentation within the Customer Complaint process as needed.
- Have flexibility handling diverse customer inquiries and situations.
- Ensure positive customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving skills utilizing phone, email or chat platforms to interact with customer.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
