Role Overview
- Collaborate with management and users to design and support case management systems from a business perspective.
- Analyze user requests, develop functional and system specifications, and write clear, testable system requirements.
- Understand business requirements, rules, and procedures in district and common pleas courts.
- Provide detailed issue analysis, guide developers, and manage helpdesk calls.
- Use SQL and other tools to troubleshoot and analyze data.
- Review and implement metadata requests, ensuring accuracy.
- Write system requirements and coordinate requirement review sessions.
- Develop test plans for new functionality and bug fixes.
- Participate in design meetings, external committees, and data validation activities.
- Develop and maintain standard forms using Adobe and Word.
- Systems analysis experience.
- Proficiency in SQL, Adobe, and Word.
