Job Description

This role is responsible for overseeing production activities and teams, ensuring operations are managed in compliance with regulations and aligned with production goals. The individual will lead efforts to optimize resources and processes to meet the annual production plan while fostering a collaborative environment with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute production strategies, ensuring efficient use of time, materials, and resources to meet production targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Quality, Supply Chain, Technical Services) to ensure alignment on objectives that impact production planning and execution.
• Provide guidance and support to supervisors and team members, promoting development and performance management.
  
  

Qualifications

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in production and operations (e.g., 15 years).
• Strong knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
• Expertise in operations planning, resource management, and production equipment maintenance.

• Proven ability to manage projects and resources effectively to achieve operational goals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working across teams and external partners.
• Financial acumen in budget planning and management.
• Knowledge of safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
