Well established multi-line automotive dealership is looking for an experienced Fixed Operations Director. This individual will be responsible for training and building a team of individuals that can not only offer amazing service to a huge customer base but also maintain manufacturer standards and compliance. The ideal candidate would have 5 years of experience managing a domestic service department. Experience in recruiting and training technicians is a must along with warranty administration. This is a rare opportunity for the right individual to step in and make a huge difference in an amazing community. Pay is commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities :
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
- Train and develop all service and parts staff
- Send communications in a variety of ways to current and potential customers
- Maintain a clean and organized service center
- Operate and use a wide variety of software and hardware
- Seek out and develop customer networks throughout the local community
