Coordinate and expedite the production, flow, and storage of material through the plant to maintain inventory accuracy, through the management of inventory and production transactions: Stock management of material, locations, and statuses. Perform and process cycle counts, stock transactions and production work orders. Investigate inventory discrepancies, perform inventory analysis to solve inventory issues and reconcile item balances. Receive and resolve incoming requests involving transaction discrepancies reported by Operations, Customer Service, Purchasing or Quality.
Essential Functions/Job Responsibilities
High school diploma or GED. Ability to learn and use a computer-based ERP program. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook a plus. Ability to operate mechanized equipment to include forklifts, pallet jacks and waves.
Physical Requirements/Work Environment
No restrictions on wearing required PPE for area, including safety eyewear and steel-toed shoes. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Pay Range
17.20 - 25.80

Essential Functions/Job Responsibilities
- Review work orders.
- Adjust/correct ADC entries.
- Monitor inventory of materials and parts needed to complete production.
- Perform Production Tracking Functions and Stock Change functions/physical and electronic.
- Prepare and perform Inventory Audit Process, analyzing cycle counted material differences of what is in the computer system and physically counted.
- Analyze stock history transactions to correct inventory discrepancies and reconcile stock discrepancies through the appropriate transactions.
- Process weekly box count.
- Process inventory adjustment forms received from Warehouse and Packaging.
- Process inventory adjustments received from Manufacturing.
- Maintain default receiving locations on new product in ERP program.
- Pick samples and miscellaneous parts and process transactions as requested.
- Perform daily flush counts for Inventory and weekly WIP flush counting.
- Assist in yearly Physical Inventory preparation and process
- Assist in slow-moving inventory process.
- Work with team on updating SQDIP board.
- Back up creating and processing Transfer Shipments and Receipts.
- Back up analyzing and evaluating Customer Feedback Forms.
- Back up isolating and processing transactions of inventory as requested.
- Back up disassembling and processing transactions of inventory as requested.
- Backup processing PRTs and returns.
- Other duties as assigned.
