Wage : $22.00-24.00 / hour
Typical Schedule : 5 days a week. Must be available to work some weekends and Holidays
Primary Purpose of Position
The Housekeeping Supervisor is an integral part of the Housekeeping Team, leading the small team of housekeepers and participating in daily cleaning activities. The supervisor will ensure cleanliness and member satisfaction by taking ownership for the cleanliness and attention to detail of the club.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of the club’s public spaces
- Inspect common areas by doing daily walk throughs
- Report any damage or problems with the facilities and equipment using HotSOS to route work orders to the Engineering department.
- Train, coach and evaluate housekeepers on their job performance according to the club standards. When necessary take appropriate action (retraining, etc.) to ensure that their job performance is at a high quality level.
- Interact with the club members in a friendly, positive and professional manner, using member names whenever possible.
- Ensure the housekeeping closets are clean and organized.
- Perform all housekeeping duties required by the operation and business demands to include all of the following :
Clean public and employee areas, restaurant, hallways, lights, restrooms, outdoor furniture, fitness center, offices, fitness and golf locker rooms, restaurant and all other aspects of the Club.
