We’re a small, family-owned and employee-owned business that started south of Lynchburg, and now has additional locations in greater Richmond, Chesapeake and Northern Virginia. What Do We Do?
We are a bus dealership that sells, services, and provides parts for school buses and commercial buses used to transport community members. Besides buses, we have supporting business units that sell trailers, rent storage containers, provide parts services to city garages, and we even operate a collection of local Napa stores.

What kind of stuff will you be doing?
You will be inspecting and preparing a wide variety of new buses and vehicles prior to customer delivery. For each bus that comes through your bay, you'll inspect the interior and exterior for obvious damage, missing components, and loose or misaligned items (trim, doors, and other hardware). You'll take care of replacing or fixing any items that don't pass quality inspection and properly document those items. You'll put the finishing touches on vehicles by installing non-factory modifications according to customer orders. Finally, you'll ensure the proper function of equipment and perform test operations prior to sending the vehicle for a final Quality Assurance check.
What experience or qualifications do you need?
- Prior related experience is a plus but not required. On-the-job training will be provided.
