Job Summary: As a Yard Loader/Stocker, you will be responsible for assisting with the daily operations of our yard including organizing and maintaining the yard, loading and unloading materials, and assisting customers with their purchases. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for working with building materials.

Pay for this Role: $15 per hour - $16 per hour depending on experience.

• Load and unload building materials onto trucks, ensuring accuracy and ensuring that all products are handled carefully and safely at all times.
• Organize and maintain the yard, including keeping inventory stocked and neatly organized.
• Assist customers in locating and loading materials, providing exceptional service and addressing any concerns or questions.
• Keep track of inventory and report any shortages or damages to the Yard Manager.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote efficiency and safety.
• Communicate effectively with other team members to coordinate tasks and ensure efficient workflow.

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
• Able to lift heavy materials (up to 60 lbs.), operate machinery, and work in all weather conditions
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Flexible work schedule, including weekends
• Basic knowledge of building materials is a plus.
