Job Description and Requirements
As a Warehouse Supervisor at Sonny's Enterprises LLC, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse. Your responsibilities will include supervising personnel, managing inventory, and coordinating logistics.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise personnel engaged in warehouse functions.
- Ensure accuracy of SAP receipts within 24 hours.
- Communicate with Procurement team to resolve receiving issues.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Assign and maintain stock location labels.
- Pick materials as needed to support production plan.
- Confirm Production Orders Route Steps timely & accurately.
- Communicate inventory discrepancies to Production & Inventory teams.
- Supervise personnel scheduling and manage leads.
- Order supplies as needed.
- Develop and implement warehouse work instructions.
- Identify staffing needs and train staff.
- Monitor and improve warehouse performance.
- Train warehouse personnel in department procedures.
- Review departmental errors and retrain when necessary.
- Handle employee complaints and resolve grievances.
- Hold regular meetings with department staff.
- Lead by example and enforce housekeeping standards.
Requirements:
- Three years warehouse experience.
- Forklift experience/training.
- Experience with loading/unloading trucks.
- High School Diploma/GED required.
To succeed in this role, you must possess strong leadership skills, be able to work independently, and have excellent communication skills.
