Job Title: Shipping & Receiving Associate

Location: Auburn Hills, MI

Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring efficient material flow within the facility. A chauffeur’s license is required or must be obtained immediately after the hire date.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Prepare, package, and process outbound shipments in a timely and efficient manner.
• Load and unload trucks using forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts.
• Collaborate with the warehouse and production teams to ensure timely material availability.
• Operate company vehicles for local deliveries and pickups as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Keep the shipping and receiving area clean and organized.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years warehouse experience required
• Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (certification is a plus).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and shipping documentation.
• Valid chauffeur’s license or willingness to obtain one immediately after hire.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
