While reporting to the Human Resources Coordinator, the primary focus will be greeting guests, maintaining the lobby and provide administrative support to HR and other departments as assigned. What You’ll Be Doing
- Greets guests at the front door and maintain sign in/sign out sheets.
- Answer the phone and transfer calls as appropriate.
- Maintain the lobby area, including but not limited to the PPE required for visitors.
- Monitor and order miscellaneous office supplies.
- Manages employee appreciation activities and monthly plant meetings.
- Manages safety glasses and uniform program.
- Provides administrative support to Human Resources and other departments as requested.
- Conducts new hire orientation.
- Assists with hourly recruiting processes.
- Follows all safety policies and procedures.
- Complies with all company policies and procedures
- Other duties as requested by Supervisor.
- Associate degree from two-year college or technical school or equivalent work experience.
- Manage multiple tasks and utilize time management skills.
- You must have great interpersonal skills
- You must be proficient in Microsoft office applications.
- This role requires you to be able to have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
