While reporting to the Customer Service Team Lead you will be a customer advocate who shows great follow through and can be highly productive in a fast-paced work environment.  Additionally, you will become knowledgeable regarding product line focused on thermoforming clam shell production

What you'll be doing :

  • Listens attentively & is able to communicate effectively via various communication channels.
  • Attention to detail & Organizational skills are critical to the success of this role
  • Managing customer requirements and respect timelines
  • Well-polished written communications and verbal skills
  • Strong accuracy working with numbers, and MS Office skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced and vibrant work environment with fast moving deadlines
  • Support developing & Initiate Process Improvements
  • Participate on Special Projects as needed
  • Build positive functional working relationships with all internal & external stakeholders
  • Organized, able to plan and prioritize workload.
  • Takes decisive action to address problems, following up with relevant team members

This is a hybrid role and it is expected to work onsite three days per week in our corporate office located in Hartsville, South Carolina or sales office in Charlotte, North Carolina.

We'd love to hear from you if :

  • Bachelor Degree or 5 years of Customer Service Experience
  • Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel
  • Compensation :

    The annual base salary range for this role is from $62,560 to $70,380.
