While reporting to the Customer Service Team Lead you will be a customer advocate who shows great follow through and can be highly productive in a fast-paced work environment. Additionally, you will become knowledgeable regarding product line focused on thermoforming clam shell production
What you'll be doing :
- Listens attentively & is able to communicate effectively via various communication channels.
- Attention to detail & Organizational skills are critical to the success of this role
- Managing customer requirements and respect timelines
- Well-polished written communications and verbal skills
- Strong accuracy working with numbers, and MS Office skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced and vibrant work environment with fast moving deadlines
- Support developing & Initiate Process Improvements
- Participate on Special Projects as needed
- Build positive functional working relationships with all internal & external stakeholders
- Organized, able to plan and prioritize workload.
- Takes decisive action to address problems, following up with relevant team members
This is a hybrid role and it is expected to work onsite three days per week in our corporate office located in Hartsville, South Carolina or sales office in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Compensation :
The annual base salary range for this role is from $62,560 to $70,380.
