While reporting to the Manufacturing - Regional Senior Director, as the Plant Manager, you will be responsible for succeeding in Sonoco’s core competencies which include, Business Knowledge, Communications, Customer Focus, Leadership / Teamwork / Collaboration, Peoples selection & Development, as well as Innovation, and Execution / Accountability within the Stockton, CA plant.
What you'll be doing :
- Developing the plants annual operating budget
- Requesting capital authorization applications for capital expenditures
- Promoting and supporting a maintenance excellence process
- Building and maintaining product employee relationships, driving employee satisfaction

Compensation :
The annual base salary range for this role is from $152,240 to $171,270, plus an annual target bonus of 25% of base salary.
