While reporting to the Plant Manager, you will be responsible for shift performance metrics, production scheduling, material planning and control, and managing over hourly employees across 3 shifts . Also, as part of the Management team you will be involved in safety, quality, productivity, material handling and cost performance, in a high-performance work team environment.
What you’ll be doing :
- You will Lead the charge in Sonoco’s safety-first philosophy
- You will positively motivate a team of 10 direct reports and 50 indirect reports
- You will ideally have previous experience working with P&L, and may have some P&L responsibility
- You will have a relentless focus on continuous improvement in all areas to ensure process and manufacturing cost are always the most competitive in the industry.
- You will be committed to employee engagement and help them to reach their full potential.

Compensation :
The annual base salary range for this role is from $116,960 to $131,580, plus a quarterly target bonus of 12.5% of base salary.
