- At least 2 years of experience in building ADA compliant web pages / sites. Well versed in usability best practices as well as standards-compliant web development.
- Experience in collaborating with business and IT decision makers to discuss user interface requirements and brainstorm UI ideas.

- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
