Sonoma County Family YMCA-Member Services Associate
Pay rate: $17.87-$24/hour (based on experience)
This position is part-time. A schedule to include days, nights and weekends.

Our Membership Associates provide a high-value experience for our members, staff, volunteers and guests by building relationships with the goal of member and participant retention; they promote membership through information sharing, motivational techniques, current promotions and special events.

Minimum Qualifications-
- Minimum 1 years’ experience working in a customer service position.
- Fingerprint clearance from both Department of Justice (DOJ) & FBI, which includes sex offender screening.
Preferred Qualifications-
- Language skills in Spanish.
- Advanced computer skills; experience in membership based software a plus.
- Strong math skills and experience with cash handling.
