Summer Camp Counselor
Pay rate: $17.87-$24/hour (based on experience)
This position is summer seasonal. Expected start date: May, 2025
A Monday-Friday schedule availability required.

Our Camp Counselors work as a team to build a positive and supportive environment for elementary school aged children. Camp Counselors ensure social, physical, spiritual and mental development needs are being met through the planning and leading of recreation and enrichment activities in a summer camp setting.
Successful candidates for this position possess the following skills-
- Passion for working with elementary school aged children.
- Supportive of diversity and inclusion in all interactions.
- Strong communication to include active listening skills.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with a diverse team.
Minimum Qualifications-
- Minimum 16 years of age at the time of employment.
- Fingerprint clearance from both Department of Justice (DOJ) & FBI, which includes sex offender screening.
Preferred Qualifications-
- CPR/First Aid certification or the ability to be certified upon hire.
- Language skills in Spanish.
- Experience or a passion to share skills in arts and crafts, sports, games, music, storytelling, environmental education, and large and small group activities.
