What are the responsibilities and job description for the F&B Assistant Manager position at Sonoma Ranch Golf Course?

Responsibilities

Utilize all available resources to ensure guests always receive a true fine-dining experience.
Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring a guest-oriented environment that is focused on high-quality service and efficiency.
Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation and presentation.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to maintain stock without over-ordering.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Assist in training and supervising restaurant staff.
Manage staff assignments to maintain optimal coverage.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications :

High School Diploma or equivalent (Required).

Two years of experience in a restaurant environment (Preferred)

Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.

Obtain Food Handlers Card and Alcohol Server certifications within 30 days of hire (Required).

Ability to work flexible hours, including over 8 hours per day, weekends, and holidays.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Excellent attention to detail.

Excellent customer service skills.

Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with other employees, and guests.

Ability to complete assigned tasks in a timely manner.
