Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Concrete Specialist Supervisor to lead our construction team projects in delivering high-quality concrete projects. The ideal candidate will oversee tasks related to concrete work, including plastering, surface restoration, and supervising the installation of concrete structures. This role demands strong leadership, expertise in concrete applications, and the ability to work efficiently in a construction environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and assist in mixing, pouring, and finishing concrete for various projects.
- Oversee and perform plastering and stucco applications to restore surfaces as needed.
- Manage carpenters in constructing forms for concrete placement, ensuring precision and quality.
- Operate and train team members on the safe and efficient use of concrete mixers and related equipment.
- Coordinate the transportation and movement of materials, ensuring adherence to project timelines.
- Lead by example in maintaining high safety standards and ensuring the team follows all construction site protocols.
- Organize the setup and breakdown of job sites, including scaffolding and roofing tasks when required.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure completed projects meet company and client expectations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in concrete work, including mixing, pouring, plastering, and stucco application.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Proficiency in operating concrete equipment and familiarity with construction site practices.
- Solid understanding of safety regulations and commitment to enforcing them on the job site.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform heavy lifting consistently throughout the workday.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills to foster a collaborative work environment.
- Basic carpentry skills, with experience in formwork and structural preparation.

- Prior experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry is strongly preferred.
This is a Contract based position. Working towards direct employment with the company!
