Working closely with Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs), you will lead investigations, resolve employee concerns, and help shape workplace culture. You’ll play a vital role in training new leaders, administering the Reach Line, and ensuring adherence to our policies, regulations, and professional standards.

Core Responsibilities:
Analyze workplace scenarios and offer actionable recommendations aligned with company policies and legal guidelines. Provide timely support for leader and employee inquiries, maintaining open communication and detailed records. Lead Reach Line administration, conduct thorough investigations, and document findings within the case management system. Deliver engaging training sessions for new leaders on HR policies and responsibilities. Collaborate with HRBPs on escalated leave of absence, disability, and return-to-work cases. Take on higher-level projects, addressing employee communications and navigating non-routine HR questions.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
- Two years’ human resources/business or applicable experience.
- Ability to operate in a highly dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Proven analytical, technical and project management skills.
- SHRM or HCRI Certification
- Additional experience in Human Resources administration in multiple functional specialties.
- Experience in the health care industry.
- Additional related education and/or experience.
