- Provide direct supervision and guidance to phlebotomists and ancillary staff.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with management to identify areas for process improvement and develop solutions.
- Monitor and report on quality metrics, performance indicators, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Minimum two years of experience in phlebotomy or test management, preferably in a clinical laboratory setting.
- Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures, quality assurance principles, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
