This position may be located within a Hospital Facility, Patient Service Center (PSC), In Office Phlebotomy (IOP) or Mobile Diagnostic Services (MDS). The primary responsibility of this role is to provide high-quality patient care and collect biological specimens for analysis.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for ensuring accurate patient identification, specimen labeling, and transportation to the laboratory.
In addition to specimen collection, this role will involve verifying patient demographics, entering relevant information into the computer system, and preparing samples for analytical testing.
