As a Senior Lab Manager, you will play a key role in driving the success of the hospital clinical laboratory at Banner Payson Medical Center in Payson, AZ. - Develops and implements policies, procedures, and quality control measures to maintain accreditation and licensure.
- Liaises with physicians, nurses, clients, system staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Identifies areas for improvement and develops strategies to address them.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, health care administration, or related field.
- Certification as a medical technologist under ASCP, NCA, or equivalent as defined under CLIA '88 regulations.
- Three years' experience as a department supervisor or manager.
- A significant understanding and knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures of different software programs.
