Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our Primary Care Clinic in Sun City, AZ. As a member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality care to patients of all ages, manage chronic conditions, and assist with preventive healthcare services in a friendly and patient-centered environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive health assessments, including physical exams, lab tests, and health histories
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of health conditions, including chronic diseases, infections, and injuries
- Prescribe medications, treatments, and other interventions as appropriate
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests
- Develop and implement personalized care plans
- Provide patient education on lifestyle modifications, health management, and preventive care
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care
- Document patient care and medical histories in the electronic health record (EHR) system
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Nursing (MSN)
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Arizona
- Board-certified Nurse Practitioner (NP)
- Active DEA registration and prescriptive authority
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in primary care preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Pay: $110,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
