The Production Inventory Manager is responsible for daily oversight of the Inventory department, inventory control, and product movement within our cultivation facility. This role will manage Inventory Associates , ensure compliance with industry regulations, and track production processes within our software systems. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment .
Key Responsibilities
Optimize inventory control procedures to enhance efficiencyDevelop and track production metrics to ensure accurate reportingIdentify and communicate inventory variances to Leadership and adjust systems accordinglyEnsure compliance with all inventory policies and industry regulationsUpdate internal databases with accurate production and inventory recordsManage and mentor Inventory Associates while overseeing daily workflowMaintain optimal organization and cleanliness in all inventory areasConduct weekly audits and monthly reconciliations for inventory accuracyEnsure accurate record-keeping and inventory controlPerform additional duties as assigned by managementQualifications & Skills
Highly motivated, self-directed, and able to work independently or in teamsStrong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot problemsExcellent organizational skills and multitasking abilitiesStrong communication skills for effective team coordinationExperience with data analysis, forecasting, and inventory softwareAbility to adapt to the evolving cannabis industry and manage multiple prioritiesMust be compliant with all legal and company regulations in the cannabis industryPreferred Experience & Education
High school diploma or equivalent required3-5 years of experience in production planning, inventory management, or supply chain roles within regulated industries (cannabis, pharmaceutical, food & beverage, or consumer packaged goods)Proficiency in inventory management software is highly preferredPhysical Requirements
Continuous movement throughout shiftsAbility to lift up to 50 lbsAbility to sit or stand for extended periodsEffective communication with team members in a high-volume production settingCriminal background check will be performed; most marijuana-related crimes will not negatively impact an application.
